Winter Flower Scilla

I stumbled upon this late winter flower at a local nursery years ago. I stopped in my tracks at the dainty, yet bold blue color of the flowers. I delicately picked a few stems in February and paired with my favorite vintage book with a gorgeous floral cover. The result is a simple and striking photograph from my home library and garden to yours.
